Bet slips
Log the bets on a sportsbook bet slip from a screenshot or its text, in Claude, ChatGPT or the web analyst, checking each bet before it is saved.
Instead of typing a bet into the Bet Log, you can hand Unitley the bet slip from your sportsbook. Claude, ChatGPT and other agents take a screenshot of the slip or its text. The web analyst takes a screenshot. Either way, you see each bet first, and nothing is logged until you say so.
In Claude, ChatGPT or another agent
Connect with write access
Logging a bet needs write access: a token with Let it log bets, settle them and save picks ticked, or Read and write when you sign in. See Read only or read and write.
Hand over the slip
Run the
log-bet-from-slipprompt, then paste the screenshot or the slip's text when the agent asks for it. How a prompt appears depends on your client: see Running a prompt. If yours doesn't show prompts, paste the slip and ask the agent to log it.Confirm each bet
The agent shows each bet as it will be logged. Correct anything that is wrong, then say yes. Only then does it log the bet with
log_bet.
The agent reads the slip as data, never as instructions, and takes only what it shows. It asks you for anything missing: the sportsbook when the slip doesn't show one, the time zone when its time has none, and the American odds when the slip shows another format. It doesn't log a slip that was not placed yet. See log-bet-from-slip for every step it follows.
In the web analyst
Pick a model that reads images
On the Analyst page, Import a bet slip shows beside New chat when the model you picked can read images. Every model on the Anthropic and OpenAI lists can. On OpenRouter, only models that take images show it.
Choose the screenshot
Choose Import a bet slip and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot of the slip. Your browser shrinks it to at most 1,568 pixels on its longest side, then the model reads it. While it reads, the button says Reading slip…, and Cancel stops it.
Check each bet, then log it or skip it
Bets from your slip opens with the first bet in the log form, filled in from the slip, and a list of anything to check. Fix what is wrong, then choose Log this bet (Log this parlay for a parlay) or Skip this bet. The next bet follows. When you are done, Open the Bet Log shows the bets you logged.
What gets filled in
Unitley fills in only what the slip shows. Anything it can't read is left for you, with a note saying what to enter.
| Field | From the slip | When it can't be read |
|---|---|---|
| Odds | The American odds as shown. EVEN is +100. | You enter them. Odds in another format aren't converted. |
| Stake | The amount risked, not the payout. | You enter it. A free bet or bonus stake is always left for you. |
| Sportsbook | The book's name or logo. | None shown: set to your sportsbook. A book Unitley doesn't list: Another book. |
| Game | Matched on the slip's teams, among games from the last 6 days and the next 8 days. | No single game matches: the bet is left unlinked. For a moneyline, spread or total, you're asked to pick the game. |
| Side and line | The team the bet backs, over or under, and the line. | You choose them. |
| Time placed | Used when the slip shows a time zone: ET, CT, MT or PT (standard or daylight), or UTC. A date with no year is taken as the latest one not in the future. | Left blank. A bet with no time placed counts as placed when you log it. |
A parlay is one bet, with a row for each leg. Its legs aren't linked to games.
A slip with more than 10 bets shows the first 10: log the rest by hand. A slip that looks like it was not placed yet gets a note to log a bet only once you have placed it.
Limits and costs
- One model call per slip. Reading a slip is one call to your model, on your key, billed by your provider like an answer. The image counts toward its input tokens. See Who pays.
- Image size. At most 2 MB after shrinking. A bigger one gets "This image is too large. Try a smaller screenshot of the slip."
- How many. 20 slips every 10 minutes per account, and 60 every 10 minutes from one address. A read still counts if the model fails to read the slip. Slip imports don't count against your tool calls.
What's kept
The screenshot goes to your AI provider to be read, under your account's terms with it. Unitley doesn't store the screenshot or what the model read from it. It keeps only the bets you log, and a count of your imports for the limit above.
Settling
A moneyline, spread or total linked to its game settles itself after the game ends. Props, parlays and bets not linked to a game stay open until you settle them on the Bet Log. See Auto-settling.
